Simply put - WOW! It is so wonderful to have a business that are clearly perfectionists, customer driven & so lovely to deal with. I have used Petals for all my floral needs in recent years & every time its been nothing other than absolutely perfect. I ordered a coffin topper for my late mothers funeral online last Sunday. Shortly after I received a call (on a Sunday!) clarifying my order & the type of arrangement I was after. No details were missed & nothing was too much hassle. When we entered the church the flowers were on mums coffin & they were so perfect. Mum wouldve loved them. The colours, the arrangement & the attention to detail was second to none! My husband and I reached out to have flowers delivered to my sister-in-law for her birthday while she was visiting a local inn from out of town.
